Last week my mom helped me do some vinyl lettering for McKaylee's room. It helped make her room look so cute and definitely added a girly feel to the room. Thanks Mom!!!
And here's some updated pictures of McKaylee. She's now two whole months old! I can't believe it! She's started smiling like crazy lately, but unfortunately she seems to be a bit camera shy and I can't seem to get a picture if her beautiful smile...so I guess we'll just keep working on that one.

McKaylee's Blessing Day: July 4th, 2010
McKaylee Jade Hatch was blessed on July 4th, 2010 by her father Trevor James Hatch. It was a beautiful blessing and I am amazed daily by the blessing these two are in my life. McKaylee looked so beautiful on her special day and it was so much fun to show her off to everyone. Here's some pictures of the most beautiful girl in the whole world!
She looked so pretty all day long. Here's some pictures of the family after the blessing at Grandma and Grandpa Hatch's home.

The 3rd of July
Well, since the 4th of July landed on a Sunday this year, all the festivities and fun were celebrated on the 2nd and 3rd. We spent the weekend watching fireworks, having BBQ's and just having fun in the sun. On Friday the 2nd McKaylee saw her first fireworks show at Grandma and Grandpa Hatch's house. We were able to see the Centerville fireworks from their house and had fun just sitting in the driveway watching them.
On Saturday we went with the Bradley family and had an awesome BBQ at the park and played on the sweet slip n' slide we used last year for the Ramsey Family Reunion.
Nice moves Brian!
Ann planned a fun activity for all the kids and had them build their own flags while she told them about what the colors on the flag mean. They all enjoyed waving their flags the rest of the afternoon.
And of course, Ann made a wonderfully patriotic flag cake! It was beautiful and tasted amazing!
Then we went to fireworks that night at Davis High School. I love these fireworks because they are put to music and are so much fun.

McKaylee and Soccer
I have lots of new cute pictures of McKaylee that I need to post because she is such a cute baby...so here's some fun new pictures of her:
She likes to do Superman poses...
Playing with Daddy!
Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed!
And I need to post some pictures of Trevor playing soccer. He's had a game almost every weekend for the past couple months and now they are on break for the hottest summer months. They will start back up again in August. He's had lots of fun playing and McKaylee and I have loved going to his games.
This picture is kinda hard to see, but Trevor is the green shirt right by the net. In this picture he's just barely missing a goal.
Corner Kick!
Taking his turn out of the game.
The whole team. Check out the sky in this picture, I think it looks really cool.

Fun with Dick and Jane
Well, this is the first of many new posts. We have had a busy last couple of weeks and I have been slow in posting things, so you get an overload of new posts now. The first fun thing I need to post about is our First Annual Fun with Dick and Jane Weekend. We got together with the Hatch family on June 25th and 26th and had an awesome family reunion. The fun started on Friday night. We had dinner, celebrated some birthdays and acted out the story of our ancestor Ira Sterns Hatch. Here's the whole cast....
And here's a picture of McKaylee being an Indian child.
Saturday was a day full of fun in the sun. We started the day with a wonderfully delicious breakfast, did a service project and cleared the curb along Grandma Fishburn's orchard, made snowcones, played on the slip n' slide and of course, created a wonderful craft (thanks Jane!). It was an awesome weekend and we can't wait for next year!
